MERCURY RETROGRADE!!!

Sorry, I should have warned you ahead of time, but I got caught off guard myself. Mercury retrogrades tomorrow the 6th of May at 9:00 p.m. until May 30th at 8:22 p.m.

During these times, especially if you are Gemini or Virgo (you are ruled by Mercury), contracts and agreements should not be entered into if you can postpone it until later.

The general definition of a Mercury retrograde is that you have to re-do whatever you did.  Consequently, it is not a bad time to travel because you may find you have to return (which might be a good thing).  It is also a very good time for research or anything that begins with the prefix re -- like repair, replace, redecorate, etc.

Nice guy, but you wouldn't want his chart right now.  You may know by now how I feel about progressed Mars squares.  Ugh.  His is to Uranus which rules television, the internet, radio, etc.  It portends unexpected losses and sudden separations.  Add in a stubborn adherence to misguided opinions (he's a Taurus) and you get a potential mess.  Not a good time to be making a drastic change in occupations.  As always with negative aspects, the less you do the better.  Every action creates an opportunity for something to go wrong.  

His new time slot won't work.  But beyond that, this aspect creates a time in which one finds it difficult to find happiness.  With Jupiter transiting in his first house, he may gain weight.  With that transiting Uranus Saturn opposition that we all have somewhere in our charts, his is falling on his Venus (things he loves), his Mars (his energy) and his Moon (his feelings). 

If he had had the advice of an astrologer when he was negotiating, this would not have been the time his contract ran out.

I am tweeting at xtrology (twitter.com) and each day I put the final daily aspects.  This is a long held tradition in astrology.  While planets make aspects all day, it's the final one that determines the course of the day.  I use them to put things in the mail.  I wouldn't mail something on a bad final day aspect if I could avoid it.  If you're making a date or have a job interview, better it be on a positive Moon day.

I also note the full moons, etc., void of course Moons (when nothing happens -- good for mailing your IRS, bad for most things) any new planets retrograding, etc.

Remember that newspapers and magazines are mostly just for fun and have no real astrological value.  But this method of prediction has been around for a very long time and has a place in planning your future.  It's just one of the many tools to give you the best chance to be successful.
