INAUGURATION TIME TABLE

It is my understanding that the inauguration will take place at 12 noon.  However, at this time, there is a Void-of-Course Moon in Scorpio which squares  (bad) all the Aquarius planets.  If they wait until 12:30 p.m. or later, the moon will change to low degrees of Sagittarius and all will be well.  We don't want a president sworn in on a Void-of Course Moon because the definition is that nothing happens.  

It's not that this is the single most important thing determining the future of the President, but with all the problems he will be handling, bad aspects should be avoided.  Let's see if the new president has an astrologer, because, if he does, he will be sworn in after 12:30 p.m.

If you are planning an important event, you might want to have an astrologer look at the most favorable times.  I found one on the internet that does it for $35.00.  Money well spent it the event is important to you.

INAUGURATION POTENTIAL VIOLENCE

According to Rex E. Bills, the rulers of the president are the 10th HOUSE, the SUN, LEO and secondary rulers URANUS and NEPTUNE.  On the day of the inauguration, the United States Sun is opposed by Pluto (the planet of death) with a somewhat wide orb.  Without Pluto involvement, there cannot be a death.  

I am also concerned by the fact that transiting URANUS (the unexpected) is square (bad) to the United States' Mars (violence) with Uranus in the 10th HOUSE.  

The progressed Moon is in LEO inconjunct (adjustments) natal Pluto exact.  The progressed Moon acts like a trigger

I predict there will be some threat of violence on that day that will require an adjustment in plans to protect the president.  Without protection, there is a possibility of violence against him possibly resulting in death.  

Hopefully, we will never hear about this (or it won't happen).  The Secret Service will take care of it.  This is what I think is important about astrology.  Any carelessness on that day could have a bad ending.  Astrology just tells you when the timing is right and when it is wrong.

MICHAEL JACKSON LUNG PROBLEM

I was working on my predictions regarding 2009 and I heard a news story about Michael Jackson.  The hardest part about making predictions is the fact that I can't do everyone's chart -- too much work!

However, I did do his and there is definitely truth to this story.  Michael Jackson is getting ready to have that dreaded progressed Mars square.  His is in Gemini (lungs) to Pluto (death).  So it is definitely a possibility that he is struggling with a health issue regarding his lungs.  This problem which the press is saying is genetic could have been discovered as long as 20 years ago.

As you know, astrology doesn't know the exact way an aspect will play out.  You have to look at the events in your life and use the astrological information.  

He also has some nice progressions from his 2nd House  (things he values) to his Sun (himself). So it is entirely possible that he could recover, if this is the condition that he has.  

But something very serious is happening in his life.  About this, I am sure.

MERCURY RETROGRADES AGAIN

Just want to let you know that Mercury will retrograde on January 11, at 7 degrees Aquarius so if you have a copy of your chart, look to see where that would be -- because that is the house it is most likely to affect.

Between now and then, get all paperwork done, all changes that have to do with communication like internet or telephone, any new project you want to start, start, contracts must be signed, even relationships started during a retrograde don't usually work out.

The retrograde is over February 1, 2009 and things can go back to normal until the next retrograde!!!

BLAGOJEVITCH

Obviously, his interest in "selling" the Senator seat didn't start until after the election on November 4, 2008 when Pluto was still in high degrees of Sagittarius.  Therefore his natal Jupiter at 29 Virgo was getting squared (bad) by Jupiter. Jupiter is the law.

Also in his progressions, he has Mars opposition Neptune shows that he was feeling very misguided about what he was doing.  He may even have thought that it was part of role as governor -- political favors for favors.  He was delusional.  However the definition of this does suggest jail time.

I'm wondering if his punishment will be as harsh as one would expect in a situation like this.  It is possible because transiting Pluto has changed signs and no longer squares his natal Jupiter that he won't get a harsh sentence -- he'll get off with less than a lot of people thinks he deserves.  It would be, in his case, a great help to know the houses involved because if the 12th (prisons) or 9th (law) are involved, the sentence will be more severe.

With transiting Pluto in Capricorn now and currently sitting on top of his natal Mercury, his best bet would be to stop talking and let a good lawyer find a loophole and he might just disappear from public life without an intense amount of punishment.

This is a good example of Ego meeting up with the Universe.  The Universe always wins.  For a man with this much pride, any punishment will be severe, even with no jail time.
